Constructed of the finest quality microfibres the Cobra Detailing Cloth sets the standard with an outstanding 80/20 blend of polyester/polyamide filament, woven so densely they boast over 200,000 strands of fibre per square inch of fabric! These strands are nearly invisible to the naked eye, and are 100 times smaller than a human hair! Some microfibre products available on the market are offered in a “flat” weave, a consistency that actually repels water, making them useless for cleaning or polishing applications.

 The Cobra Detailing Cloth is manufactured with a unique process known as “splitting”, which refers to the method by which the polyester (the scrubbing fibre) is “split” from the polyamide (the absorbing and quick drying fibre). This is a costly procedure that once eliminated, results in a product that loses over half of its absorbing and cleaning ability.
Once the microfibres used in the Cobra Detailing Cloth have undergone the “splitting” process, the strands are then densely woven into thousands of tiny “loops” that form hook-like claws that act as scrubbers, and can gently get into even microscopic crevices and crannies, lifting away dirt particles and trapping them within the weave.

So easy to care for- simply toss the Cobra Detailing Cloth into your washing machine set on delicate. We recommend that you always wash these microfibre cloths separately from your other laundry, as the positive static charge will attract the lint in your washer! Never use any type of fabric softener when washing your microfibre cloth, because it can reduce the positive static charge of the filament, and reduce effectiveness. These cloths can be dried in a dryer on low, however it’s not necessary. The cloths are so light they dry in 1/3rd the time of conventional fabric, so they rapidly air dry.

Use the Cobra Detailing Cloth over and over again. This durable towel can survive and thrive through a minimum of 500 washings!
